Just like the shampoo at haircuts, one of the best things about getting a facial is the facial massage that accompanies it. But you can recreate that to an extent each morning when washing you face. Take your time while washing, and use your fingers to gently press your brow bones and eye sockets, making sure to stop at your temples. Then wash in a circular fashion, using your second joint to achieve more pressure, making sure to really feel the benefits of this facial wake-up. Don't forget your earlobes, they need love too!
